Skerries South Beach is a long sandy beach, 2km in length with a beautiful esplanade and coastal walkway. Skerries South Beach is a 2 minute walk from Skerries town. There are several pedestrian access points on the beach. Facilities include car parking along the South Strand, public toilets near the harbour which are open on a seasonal basis, and a lifeguard station operational during summer months only.
