Elly Beach is a fine sandy Blue Flag beach located 9km south of Belmullet in Erris, County Mayo. The beach is clean, sheltered and ideal for swimming, sailing, surfing and other water sports. Elly Bay is of international ecological importance, because of the diverse habitats to be found in the area. It is also a vital area for bird life.
