Our facility includes a modern fully equipped Gymnasium that has 6 easy-to-use treadmills, 4 professional exercise bikes, 2 Rowers, 3 Cross Trainers, 1 Ergometer, 2 Skiergs, and a full range of resistance machines & dumbbells ranging from 1kg - 45kg. We have two fitness studios, one of which we use to run a variety of gym classes , such as circuit training , aerobics, pilates, martial arts, youth fit, abs blast , pump & sculpt and much more . Our second studio is home to our 20 professional Keiser spin bikes . Its here we deliver a range of top-notch spin classes suited to all levels of ability. In addition to the gym we have a new installed recovery room which houses an infared sauna along with an icebath and compression boots. Our pool facilities include a 6 lane 25m swimming pool where we conduct aqua fitness classes, and a multitude of swimming lessons to cater for all abilities & age groups. Our leisure suite consists of a spa pool, wood sauna & steam room with eucalyptus injection. We also have a children's splash pool including a water slide. Our big attraction in the pool would be our 20m water slide which is a bit hit with families. Our outdoor facilities include 2 full-size flood lite tennis courts and ample free parking.
